Don't worry, you've probably never heard of Giacomo Mosca... yet

So, by day, our Giacomo navigates the thrilling world of technology and security, wrestling with spreadsheets and probably digital dragons with equal aplomb. It’s a landscape of logic gates and firewalls, a far cry from the pulsating rhythms that secretly throbbed beneath his meticulously organised data.

For a solid 25 years, however, this tech titan harboured a clandestine passion: harmonically harassing (his words) the decks at parties, clubs, and even the occasional radio station, purely as a fulfilling hobby. Think of him as the spreadsheet sorcerer by day, and the trance troubadour by night.

And within this musically inclined mind, an idea for an actual dance/trance anthem had been fermenting for a frankly astonishing 15 years!
It sat there, a digital doodle on a metaphorical napkin, while Giacomo diligently secured networks and colour-coded his spreadsheets with the same fervent intensity he’d later apply to crafting basslines.

Then, in the late throes of March 2025, something shifted. Perhaps a particularly complex algorithm aligned perfectly, or maybe a spreadsheet cell spontaneously combusted with musical inspiration. Whatever the trigger, Giacomo was seized by a creative lightning bolt. In a single, glorious, hyper-focused afternoon and evening on Saturday, March 29th, 2025, within the very office where he presumably wrangled IP addresses and secured sensitive data, he wrote the lyrics, composed the music, and even conjured up an evocative music video for his very first track!

This wasn’t driven by a burning desire to top the charts; oh no. This was purely for personal pleasure, a sonic itch finally being scratched with the focused intensity of someone who’s just spotted a bug in their code.

The fuel for this one-day creative explosion? A recent ADHD diagnosis, finally explaining Giacomo’s ability to dive into hyperfocus with the single-minded dedication of a server farm processing data.

Now, here’s where the story takes an even more delightful (and humour-rich) turn. The next day, Giacomo, probably still slightly buzzing from his overnight transformation into a musical maestro, casually dropped the news on a friend. And the reaction? Utter, glorious disbelief. A song? From Giacomo the spreadsheet samurai? Impossible! It was so far outside the realms of his usual techy exploits and sensible hobbies, they likely suspected he’d accidentally downloaded someone else’s track and was trying to pass it off as his own.

But Giacomo, clearly motivated by proving people wrong (perhaps he applies this to debugging code too), wouldn’t stand for such slander on his newfound musical identity! Spurred on by this friendly incredulity, he decided, in that very moment, to release his creation to the world.

What started as a personal project, fuelled by a neurodivergent brain and a 15-year-old idea, was now on a mission to silence the doubters, all thanks to a friend who just couldn’t believe it.
So, prepare your earhole (and maybe your dancing shoes, the sensible, spreadsheet-friendly ones can stay by your desk for now) for a debut born not from calculated marketing strategies or industry pressure, but from the sheer, unadulterated joy of creation and the burning need to say, “Oh yeah? Watch this!”. This isn’t just a track; it’s a testament to the hidden artistic explosions that can occur even in the most logically-minded individuals, especially when fuelled by a dash of disbelief and a whole lot of focused passion. Think of it as the sound of spreadsheets finally learning to groove.
